Our Warehouse Seconds Sale includes a mix of seconds stock, market stock, retired fragrances, limited edition scents and discontinued products. Some items may feature minor cosmetic or packaging imperfections, while others are simply being cleared to make room in the warehouse.

To ensure you know exactly what to expect, please read the terms and conditions below before placing your order.

Product Condition

All products included in our Warehouse Seconds Sale are fully functional and intended for use as normal.

Where applicable, imperfections may relate to outer packaging, candle glassware, or other cosmetic elements only. These imperfections do not affect the quality, fragrance or performance of the product.

Packaging & Cosmetic Imperfections

Items may include one or more of the following: 

- Light surface marks, scratches, or scuffs on packaging or candle glassware

- Slight misprints or alignment issues 

- Small dents or creases 

- Minor colour variations or discolouration 

- Being packed in a different colour box than the image shown online (room sprays only)

- Past-season packaging or discontinued box styles 

These imperfections are cosmetic only and do not affect the quality, fragrance, or performance of the product.

Final Sale Policy

Because all items included in the Warehouse Seconds Sale are offered at a reduced price: 

- All products are Final Sale

- No returns, refunds, exchanges, or store credits will be issued for any Warehouse Seconds items

- Change-of-mind returns are not accepted

- Faulty or damaged items not related to cosmetic or packaging imperfections described above will still be assessed in line with our Shipping & Returns Policy

Stock Availability & Variations

- Quantities are extremely limited and items may sell out quickly

- Adding an item to your cart does not reserve it

- Some scent, packaging or box variations may differ from images shown online (room sprays only)

- In rare cases, if an item is oversold, you will have the option of a store credit or full refund

Order Changes & Cancellations

Due to high demand and fast processing times, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellation once an order is placed. 

Please double-check your scent selection, shipping details, and payment method before checkout.

Shipping

Warehouse Seconds Sale orders are packed with the same care as all Celia Loves orders, however dispatch times may be slightly longer during sale periods. 

If your order contains both sale and standard items, they will be shipped together.
