Warehouse Seconds Sale Policy

Our Warehouse Seconds Sale includes products that are perfectly functional but may include minor packaging imperfections. To keep things transparent and ensure you know exactly what to expect, please read the terms and conditions below before placing your order. 

 

PRODUCT CONDITION

• All room sprays included in our Warehouse Seconds Sale are in perfect working condition. 
• The bottle, spray mechanism, and vessel label are free from defects and function as intended. 
• Any imperfections relate only to the outer packaging. 

 

PACKAGING IMPERFECTIONS 

Items may include one or more of the following: 

• Light surface marks, scratches, or scuffs on the box
• Slight misprints or alignment issues 
• Small dents or creases 
• Minor colour variations or discolouration 
• Being packed in a different colour box than the image shown online 
• Past-season packaging or discontinued box styles 

These imperfections are cosmetic only and do not affect the quality, fragrance, or use of the room spray. 

 

FINAL SALE POLICY

Because all items included in the Warehouse Seconds Sale are offered at a reduced price: 

• All products are Final Sale. 
• No returns, refunds, exchanges, or store credits will be issued for any Warehouse Seconds items.
• Change-of-mind returns are not accepted.
• Faulty or damaged items not related to packaging imperfections will still be assessed in line with our Shipping & Returns Policy.

 

STOCK AVAILABILITY & VARIATIONS

• Quantities are extremely limited and items may sell out quickly. 
• Adding an item to your cart does not reserve it. 
• Some scent/box variations may look different from images shown due to packaging irregularities. 
• In rare cases, if an item is oversold, you will have the option of a store credit or full refund. 

 

ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

• Due to high demand and fast processing times, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellation once an order is placed. 
• Please double-check your scent selection, shipping details, and payment method before checkout. 

 

SHIPPING

• Seconds Sale orders are packed with the same care as all Celia Loves orders, but please allow for slightly longer dispatch times during sale periods. 
• If your order contains both Warehouse Seconds and standard items, they will be shipped together.
